Opened the bag - was hit with straightforward chocolaty and cinnamon notes. Which then EXPLODE into intense citrus when you grind, brew and drink. Almost as if the beans are infused with citrus peel or bergamot (which maybe they are, i haven’t checked). Very very nice, will buy again.
