The Gaggia Classic Pro, is the 'baby' to the original well renowned Gaggia's Classic.
Hitting the domestic coffee scene toward the end of 2019, this updated version preserved all that was good with the original Classic, plus a few tweaks - to what was already considered the best entry level machine.

From an exterior perspective, the original single control panel has been modernised for three individual, rocker switches, one each for: power, brew and steam.
The same iconic stainless steel finish has been slightly altered, with indents in the frame, to assist in easy removal of water reservoir and the drip tray.
Focusing on the internals of the machine, the brew boiler still has embedded heating elements - seeing you brewing within 5 (or so) minutes of turning on. Making the transition from coffee brewing to steaming milk, takes another minute or so extra. Ingenious alterations in pump mounting have seen a significant reduction in noise.
Each machine comes alongside 1 x plastic tamper, a single and double commercial shot basked, and a pressurised double shot basked and two-way pin.
