Rotating ring / fixed cone burr - combination directly connected to the Adjustment

- Easy CCW-turning (just a matter of habit)
- Externally adjusted (88 settings à 0.02mm)
- Swiftly cleaned, opened (with a flick of the wrist) and reassembled

- Retention: +/-1g (depending on roast level and setting) - easily reduced w/ a short knock before removing the catch-up
- Perfectly cutting 32mm burrs for smooth grinding with a minimum of fines
